Am eating one of the best lengua de gato I've ever had. It came in a big, white plastic tub (akin to the old one gallon ice cream containers), no label, no idea who makes it or where one can buy more (must buy more!)
The lengua are paper thin, irregularly shaped and sized, some are a darker hue, others a pale cousin.

hi mollycule,
we got the lengua as a gift, no label, no maker. Hopefully, someone will be able to identify. Till then, am making do with (literally) crumbs! Merry Christmas!
My sister, whose husband holds clinic in Asian Hospital, said that parang the one who makes it is based in Alabang.
Did you ever think of asking the person who gave it to you, where it came from? We got ours through my parents' friend.
OMG thanks so much for the info.
I've been looking for her contact since yesterday and i was only able to find it in this site. Thanks so much!
